Based in the foothills of Snowdonia, our product development teams work hard at designing and testing a range of outdoor products just for you. It is this love for the outdoors that makes sure that we not only produce good quality tents, rucksacks, sleeping bags and camping equipment, we also win awards for them. These awards are voted for by some of the industries hardest critics.
Our awards include Winner of the Furniture Category for the 2011 Camping Magazine Awards, and Trails Best Value Waterproof Jacket in 2010
Along with countless awards Gelert has a reputation for producing innovative products that have become firm favourites with both the young and old. These include our Quick Pitch tent, a festival must have and the Gelert Sleeping pod, a firm family favourite.
During the product development cycle, we also work closely with our recognised testing partners to ensure our products are delivered to the market fit & safe for purpose. Products are subjected to workmanship and functionality due diligence, as well as British standards tests if required.
